Just wondering if you can freeze the rings before glazing them. I’m going to make this for my son’s wedding in Seotember and I don’t want to be doing it at the last minute.
Jane, I looked it up and yes you can freeze the baked kransekage rings for up to 3 months, some sources even say that the cakes get better after freezing. But don’t freeze them with the glaze on, as the glaze may crack. Good luck to you on your baking adventure.
