Hi
When I was a teenager, back in the late 70s, my mother and I used to have lunch sometimes at the Danish food centre in Manchester, UK. I particularly enjoyed a dessert cake which was served as a wedge, had a shiny chocolate glaze, marzipan edging and had a set, creamy middle. Was it Othello cake? It was the most delicious thing I ever ate in my whole life. I would love to taste it again!
